Karon Whale Resort Phuket, Phuket

I had a mixed experience at this resort. The location was fantastic, close to the beach and with plenty of local amenities nearby. However, the service was a bit hit or miss, and communication with the staff was sometimes challenging due to language barriers. While the pool area was lovely and the room was spacious enough, there were some maintenance issues that detracted from the stay. Overall, I found it to be a decent value, but there are definitely some areas for improvement.
